BÄKKER Morning Power: Smoked Turkey & Labneh Open Toast

Don't have time to boil eggs in the morning? No problem. Start your day feeling energetic without the hassle of cooking, by choosing the right toppings for a slice of BÄKKER High Protein Bread. It's both light and nutritious enough to keep you full until lunchtime.

  • Materials:

    • 2 slices of BÄKKER High Protein Bread

    • 2 tablespoons of spreadable white cheese or Labneh

    • 4 slices of smoked turkey (increases protein content)

    • 1 cucumber (thinly sliced)

    • For topping: Nigella seeds or red pepper flakes.

  • How to do it?

    1. Lightly toast the BÄKKER bread in a toaster (optional, it can also be eaten cold).

    2. Spread labneh or feta cheese generously on both slices.

    3. Arrange the cucumber slices on top of the cheese.

    4. Arrange the smoked turkey slices on top, rolling them up.

    5. Sprinkle with nigella seeds and serve.
