2 tablespoons of spreadable white cheese or Labneh

4 slices of smoked turkey (increases protein content)

1 cucumber (thinly sliced)

For topping: Nigella seeds or red pepper flakes.

How to do it?

Lightly toast the BÄKKER bread in a toaster (optional, it can also be eaten cold).

Spread labneh or feta cheese generously on both slices.

Arrange the cucumber slices on top of the cheese.
