OUR STORY

BÄKKER was born from a simple question: 'Why shouldn't protein be directly in the foods we eat?' Driven by the needs of active and health-conscious people, we produced Turkey's first protein bread.

Today we serve a wide range from bread and simit to bagels and tortillas. Our R&D team keeps science and flavor together, testing every product in independent laboratories. With BÄKKER, every bite is an investment in your body.
