Don't worry about what to eat for lunch. This sandwich, made with BÄKKER bread, transforms a can of tuna into a gourmet meal. High-protein bread + high-protein tuna = Fullness all day long.

2 slices of BÄKKER High Protein Bread

1 small can of tuna (oil/water drained)

1 tablespoon of mayonnaise or strained yogurt

a sprig of parsley or dill

1-2 lettuce leaves

Lemon juice, black pepper

How to do it?

In a small bowl, mix together the tuna, mayonnaise (or yogurt), finely chopped parsley, lemon juice, and black pepper with a fork.

Place a lettuce leaf on a slice of BÄKKER bread (this prevents the bread from getting soggy).

Spread the tuna mixture you prepared over the lettuce.

Place the other slice of bread on top and cut in half before serving.
