2 thick slices of BÄKKER High Protein Bread

1 small can of Tuna (well-drained of water or oil)

1 tablespoon Strained Yogurt (for a healthy binder)

1 teaspoon Mustard

2 Cornichon Pickles (very thinly sliced)

2 slices of Cheddar or Fresh Kashar Cheese

Black pepper and a little finely chopped fresh parsley

How to Make It:

Filling: Place the drained tuna in a deep bowl. Add strained yogurt, mustard, thinly sliced cornichon pickles, black pepper, and parsley, then mix with a fork until it reaches a filling consistency.
