Materials:

2 slices of BÄKKER High Protein Bread

1 tablespoon tomato paste (mixed with a little water and oregano) or ready-made pizza sauce

1 handful of grated cheddar cheese or mozzarella

5-6 slices of sausage or mushrooms

Dried thyme

How to do it?

Spread the prepared tomato sauce over the bread slices.

Spread the grated cheese over the bread slices.

Place the sausage or mushrooms on top of the cheese.

Cook in the oven on the grill setting (or in an air fryer) for about 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.

Sprinkle thyme on top once it comes out of the oven.
