Malnutrition and Health Awareness

Malnutrition and Health Awareness
For years, we were always told: If you don't eat, you'll get sick. But nobody told us that if you eat wrong, you'll also get sick.

However, it's not just about eating. The real issue is:
• What you eat,
• When you eat,
• How much you eat,
And most importantly, with what kind of body and mind you eat.

Today, humanity is battling diseases related to malnutrition more than hunger.
• Obesity is not just about eating too much, but about unbalanced, unconscious, and guided choices.
• Chronic diseases are fueled by wrong fats, hidden sugars, and fake fibers.
• Our gut flora is damaged not only by hunger but also by unnecessary additives, extended shelf-life calculations, and industrial greed.

Today, many products on the market that appear to be food substances are actually a chemical mess that the body doesn't recognize. And what's worse, most of these are presented with a "healthy" label. The package says one thing, but the inside is completely different. We might be full, but we're not adequately nourished. Because being full does not mean being nourished. And eating is certainly not a guarantee of health.

I always say, and will continue to say: Malnutrition is a decline that goes unnoticed. And the way to prevent this is not expensive superfoods, trendy diets, or eye-catching packaging. It's time for us as an industry to be honest with ourselves. For our people, for our country, for human dignity. Let's produce what is right, not what is artificial. Let's grow values, not labels.

Let's not count calories, but rather examine our conscience. Because this is not just a product issue, it's a future issue.
