When artificial intelligence enters production lines, it changes not only efficiency but also perspective.
I believe that in production, it's no longer seconds but milliseconds that matter.
In 2022, we were invited to the Mill E3 factory in Whitley Bridge, Yorkshire, England, as part of a collaboration between Whitworth Bros. and Bühler.
When I saw the factory, I couldn't hide my astonishment, exclaiming, "It's unbelievable!" It was so clear that it would revolutionize the industry in terms of energy saving and efficiency that it quickly became known worldwide.
It was precisely at this point that I believed in the power of artificial intelligence. AI is not just about speed; it's becoming central to production as a partner that adds intelligence.
Today, high-tech lines:
• Perform perfect quality control with cameras
• Reduce human error to zero with robotic arms
• Make instantaneous decisions with sensors
• And feed this entire process with data
But when they ask me what the best part is, I say this on every platform and in every conversation:
“ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE DOES NOT EXCLUDE HUMANS; IT COMPLEMENTS THEM.”
Because the future will clearly rise on systems driven by human hands and operating with intelligence. With this vision, we are not just observing production; we and all our valuable friends are rethinking and reshaping production. We combine technology with intelligence and responsibility to make functional products more accessible, production more error-free, and resource use more sustainable.
Because innovation is not just about producing something. It's about producing the right thing, in the right way.
