Food Labels and Conscious Consumption

What's on the Label?

Actually, the identity of everything that goes onto our plate is written there.

The label is like a summary of the product's content and its own story. But most of the time, we just look at the cover and move on. Like E100, E322, E471, sodium benzoate, carrageenan... and many more. These are not just codes! They are substances that protect when used correctly, and can harm when used incorrectly.

Reading labels is not just a consumer behavior, it's a way of managing life. If we know what we're eating, we can also choose what not to buy.

That's why transparency in functional foods is not a preference, but a necessity. When I develop a product, I see the label as the conscience of the product, rather than just a table to be filled in later. Food safety begins not only with analysis reports, but also with simplicity and honesty on the label.

Today, take another look at the first product you pick up on the supermarket shelf. What's written there is actually speaking to you.

It's just speaking a little quietly...
