We eat everything, but what are we nourishing?
Our bodies? Our egos? Our consumption habits?
Today we ate another meal. Perhaps we felt satiated again… But did that feeling stay in our stomachs, or in our minds?
Because food is no longer just a physical need. It has become an emotion regulator, a reward, a point of escape.
* We're stressed → We eat
* We're lonely → We snack
* We're bored → We munch
* We're happy → We celebrate with food
But are we aware?
With every bite, we either nourish our health or suppress our emotions. The real question isn't what we eat, but why we eat.
Eating has become a behavior, and what shapes our behaviors are advertisements, emotions, habits, and sometimes our voids. We should count intentions, not calories. Everything we consume nourishes or depletes not only our cells, but also our personality, awareness, and quality of life.
True hunger is not in the stomach, but in lifestyle; healthy living begins not at the plate, but with awareness.
