Actually, this question marked the beginning of a journey that would last for years. Long days, even weeks, spent in the laboratory, formulas changing repeatedly, failed experiments, studies restarting. And each time, the effort to seek something better...
This process was not as easy as it seemed from the outside. Sometimes an experiment we worked on for months did not yield the desired result. Sometimes we got tired, sometimes our shoulders drooped, sometimes our hopes were dashed.
But giving up was not an option. Because our goal was not just to develop a product. It was to create a system that would make it easier for people to consume more protein by touching their daily lives, offer new opportunities to producers, and bring a different perspective to the world of baked goods.
Years passed, and exactly 6 years later, not just a mixture emerged. An idea, a vision, a platform emerged. Today, many people see the powder inside this package. But I see years of hard work, science, research, patience, my unwavering belief, and my dreams within that package.
