Conscious Grocery Shopping and Consumer Awareness

Conscious Grocery Shopping and Consumer Awareness
I no longer go to the market with a list.

Of course, I prepare a list, but my real preparation begins with consciousness. Because I know that what is offered to me on the shelves is not what I need, but what the system wants to sell me. And I am no longer a spectator in this game.

I don't immediately reach for what is at eye level. That's only where the highest earner is, not the most beneficial. I don't get carried away by shiny packaging. What looks dazzling can be empty inside. I don't throw every product marked "new" into my cart. Sometimes the "new" thing is just the design of the packaging, not the content. First, I try to read the product. The ingredients list is now more valuable to me than the brand. I also bend down to the bottom shelves and reach for the top shelves. I believe that true value is sometimes hidden outside of eye level.

My concern is not to fill the bag or basket. It's to buy what I truly need.

Because I now truly know what I need. You try it once too, you'll see the difference. I wholeheartedly recommend it.
