We are in the information age.
We have millions of articles, thousands of expert opinions, and hundreds of diet plans at our fingertips.
But what I find ironic is this:
🔺 Health knowledge is increasing.
🔻 Health indicators are declining.
Where did we go wrong?
* The answer to "What should we eat?" was given, but the question of how we should eat was somehow left unanswered.
* We memorized calories but forgot the soul of food.
* We read the packaging but never listened to the voice of the soil.
* We followed trendy diets but ignored the needs of our own bodies.
Today, obesity, diabetes, and heart diseases are among the world's biggest health problems. And this increasing picture tells us this:
Information alone is not enough. True health does not come without the combination of Information + Conscience + Awareness. Health is not just a doctor's prescription
– It comes with conscious production,
– Correct consumption,
– Fair distribution,
– Building nature with respect.
Because accessing information is easy, but turning it into truth is truly difficult. We must do something and save the future.
