It's not what you eat, but what you digest that matters.

It's not what you eat, but what you digest that matters.

What truly defines us is what we can digest.

While we believe we eat a balanced diet every day, we still complain of chronic fatigue, stomach problems, and mental fog.

Because it's not just about the food itself. It's actually about whether that food can be digested by our body and transported to its cells.

Nutrition begins on the plate but ends in the gut. And often, something healthy at the table becomes ineffective in the body.

The reasons for this are:
— Impaired gut flora
— Low stomach acid
— Highly processed foods
— Absorption mechanism weakened by stress.

So, not everything we eat provides 100% benefit. What truly shapes us is not what we eat, but what we can digest and utilize.

Therefore, we must always ask ourselves: Not "What am I eating?", but "Can I truly utilize what I'm eating?"

Nutritional awareness is not just about grocery choices; it's the most crucial step for immunity, mental health, and longevity.

And I say: Food is a carrier of information. If the body cannot correctly read this information, it means that while we think we are eating well, we are actually diminishing ourselves.
