From the Age of Hunger to the Age of Choice: The Quest for Clarity Amidst Confusion in Food

Throughout human history, the fundamental question has been:

“What can we find?”

Hunting, gathering, producing, consuming whatever was necessary to survive.

But today, we are at a very different point. Our first question is no longer "what should we eat?" We are faced with a more difficult question: "what should we not eat?"

Sugar?
Gluten?
Lactose?
Additives?
Processed food?

As options increased, so did restrictions. Abundance brought with it a filter. And this filter began to produce not only health but also anxiety.

Because the issue is no longer about not going hungry, but about not eating incorrectly. This marks a new era in human history; the age of hunger is over, the age of choice has begun.

But the biggest problem of this era is not understanding what is harmful, but finding what is truly right.

Because as options increase, confusion also increases. And perhaps for the first time, humanity is trying to find what is right, not just to be fed. This is exactly where we take a different perspective.

As BÄKKER, we don't produce a product. We try to produce clarity in the increasingly complex world of food.

Because the issue is not to offer more options, but to facilitate the right choice. We are striving to build a scientifically supported, functional, understandable, and reliable structure.

Because we believe that in the future, the strongest brands will not be those that talk the most, but those that simplify the most.

In fact, all my effort and endeavor for years has been seeking an answer to one single question.

Should humans eat just to satisfy hunger, or should they consume foods that truly fuel their bodies? We pursued this question, and now we don't just produce…

www.globalvore.com as Globalvore, we are charting a new course in the food and consumption sector with our developed sustainable and scalable production model.
